Περιγραφή σεμιναρίου

We are living in a time of constant change. These changes bring uncertainty, stress, fear, and often lead to conflict and tension — both in our personal lives and at work.
When difficulties or distance arise in our relationships, it’s easy to label someone as “difficult.” However, more often than not, the issue isn’t the person themselves, but rather the way we communicate and relate to each other.

Conflicts at work usually don’t stem from the individuals themselves, but from how we interact. When someone stops reacting impulsively and starts thinking more strategically, they can shift the dynamic, reduce tension, improve collaboration, and turn difficult relationships into more positive and productive ones.

Instead of trying to change others, we’ll focus on what we can change within ourselves.

Certificate of Participation
In order to be awarded the Certificate of Participation from the Center of Professional and Continuing Education, participants will need to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Attend two out of three sessions
  • Pass the final assessment
