Eleni Alexopoulou holds a BSc degree in Chemistry and an MSc degree in Environmental Pollution Management.

Among her previous work experiences, she worked for Unilever Hellas in the QA/QC department from 1997 to 1999, focusing on the production of household and personal care products.

Since 2000, she has been working at TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) SA, where she performs audits for IFS HPC, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. From 2008 to 2018, she managed the Certification Center of TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).

Since 2018, she has been appointed as the Specialist Manager of IFS HPC for the TÜV Group by TÜV NORD.

She participated in the working group of IFS for the revision of the IFS HPC standard to version 3, representing TÜV NORD.

Additionally, she is an approved trainer for IFS HPC training by IFS and for BRCGS CP training by BRCGS.

IFS HPC is a globally recognized standard with a risk-based approach for the supply of safe, legal, and high-quality products. It is applicable to companies that produce household and personal care products. IFS HPC certification provides companies with the opportunity to expand into new markets by increasing customer confidence.

By the end of this training, users will become acquainted with the new and most important requirements of IFS HPC Ver 3, as well as the certification process, under the guidance of the standard's creator.

Users will also gain knowledge of the IFS HPC scoring system and its application, enabling them to assess their company's compliance with the HPC standard.
