Natassa Kazantzidou
European projects consultant, responsible for IDEC lifelong learning centre, certified adult trainer. She has studies in engineering, information systems and social and educational policies. Expert in education policies, quality in education, curriculum design and innovation in education.

Aris Chronopoulos
Management consultant, European projects manager, quality management systems design and implementation, trainer in QMS related trainings.

Irene Gkotsi
Irene Gkotsi has a Bachelor Degree in Philology, with an expertise in classical studies. She is undergoing a Mastering Program in Systemic Analysis and Project Management at the University of Piraeus while she has attended many seminars on Digital Marketing. She has extensive experience in book publishing, editing, and proofreading, but also in organizing events for promoting books in educational organizations, cultural venues and bookstores. She has worked as a teacher in private secondary institutions and has previous experience in teaching Greek as a foreign language. She speaks fluent English - French and Turkish in A2 level.

Grigoris Chatziantoniou
Chemical Engineer, Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015. He is working since 2018 in IDEC as junior business consultant and in EU projects with focus on apprenticeships promotion and quality assurance of European projects. President of the association of youth from the island of Karpathos and General Secretary of the World Association of Dodecanesean Youth . He speaks Greek and English.

To provide the necessary skills and competencies to managing, administrating and teaching staff of schools, so as to ensure the quality and the effective evaluation of education at all levels. The course will provide insight at the developments at European level as well as at quality assurance and evaluation methodologies applied in education.


Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the training course, the participant is expected to:

  • Understand the European quality assurance policies in education and training
  • Be able to select the most appropriate quality assurance framework
  • Design the evaluation framework for school evaluation and/or project evaluation
  • Develop evaluation methods and tools
  • Conduct the evaluation, analyse evaluation findings and use the results
  • Educational material
  • Individual codes for 24/7 access to online educational material for self-learning education.

The learning material consists of videos, activities and plenty of resources collected either from online platforms or bibliography. There are parts with instructions and guidelines. Materials are in English language.

5 weeks e-learning, one week for each thematic unit:

  • Quality: introduction, concepts and policies
  • Quality assurance frameworks and standards
  • The ISO standards in Education and Training
  • Design the evaluation framework
  • Data collection, analysis and use of results

The e-learning course is asynchronous. Each thematic unit contains series of videos explaining the theoretical part of the unit. Different types of activities motivate learners to assess their skills and competencies and realise whether they have consolidated the learning material or not. All exercises are mandatory and above 80% is considered a passing score.

The course instructors will also send individual feedback for the exercises.

ECVET points: 3.5

The assessment is done through a series of tasks and exercises, which the learner is asked to complete from home.

Upon successful completion of the program, a 30-hour equivalent Certificate of Completion will be issued. The certificate of completion of the course will be granted based on the sum of scores of all mandatory exercises that are included in all training modules.

Five calendar weeks. Starting on the first day of each month.


350 euro per person. The cost includes the learning material and the certificates: Certificate of completion, Europass Certificate Supplement.}
The cost can be funded by Erasmus+ programme KA1 mobility of staff.
