Feedback and Coaching

Leo Child has since 2002 worked as a teacher, teacher trainer and more recently as academic manager with Discovery Summer; a leading summer school provider in the UK. She completed her MA in Applied Linguistics in 2009 and is currently finishing off her DELTA. When it comes to students, she is really interested in the interface between helping young people develop skills for the 21st century while developing their language skills - if we can teach students to be confident, there is so much they can achieve. She is a big believer in staff development and try to find out what individuals want to achieve. Motivated team members mean motivated students and a positive experience for everyone involved!

It is a hands-on workshop designed for foreign language professionals in Greece - teachers at public and foreign language schools, private lessons teachers, directors of studies, school owners.

Constructive and honest feedback from our supervisors can play an important role in our performance. This interactive workshop explores different approaches to giving feedback and gives you the chance to give and be on the receiving end of delivering feedback. Together we will explore how to approach challenging feedback sessions and then how to follow up so that you can implement positive change in your business.
